ROUGH CLEANING

All the manure is removed, the scissors between the scissors and the equipment are removed from the rough dirt. Starting from the ceiling with clean water at low pressure and high flow, all the poultry dirt is poured, there should be no coarse dirt on the surface for pre-washing.

WATER SYSTEM SANITATION

* Each poultry water tank is added to the system by adding 200 lt of water and 2 lt of BIOXIDE (1/100). The water in the system should be poured until disinfectant water comes from behind the nipple. The water tank should also be cleaned from dirt accumulated with a car brush or sponge. Disinfectant water is kept in the system overnight. It is poured from the nipples and back valve to the base with a brush. Fresh water is poured into the system and some more water is poured from the rear valve.

PRE-WASHING (SOLUTION AMOUNT = BASE AREA x 1.25)

* 1250 lt of water is sufficient for pre-washing for 1000 m² poultry house.

* The whole interior surface is washed by adding 1.5 lt BODES-S 1000 (1/500) to 1.5 tons in summer and 1 ton of water in winter.

* The surface is rinsed with pressurized water before drying.

DISINFECTION (QUANTITY OF SOLUTION = BASE AREA x 0.8)

* 1 ton of water is sufficient for 1000 m² poultry house. The remaining 200 liters are used for environmental disinfection.

* By adding 4 lt, BİODES-L 500 (1/250) to 1000 lt water, the whole interior surface gets wet.

* It is left to dry on its own.

* The remaining 1 lt BİODES-L 500 is used in foot pools and risky environmental disinfection during the period.

FOGGING (1 kg BIOCON A = 3000 m³)

* After all the preparations are made, the solution prepared by adding 1 kg of BIOCON-A (1/25) in 24 liters of water to the 1000 square meter one day before the chick arrives, is applied to the air with ULV device.

SPRAY PROGRAM TO BE APPLIED WHEN INSIDE

* When there is an animal in the poultry, the solution prepared by adding 80 gr BIOCON A to 16 liters of water can be protected from viral diseases by applying 2 times a day by spray.

Be careful at what temperatures disinfectants you use in your poultry house.
Our disinfectants are 100% effective at +4 to 70 ºC.
Since our disinfectants are concentrated, always prepare a premix in 10 lt water while preparing the solution.
Make sure that the entire solution is homogeneous.
There should be a circulation pump in solution tanks over 1 ton.
Prepare 1/25 solution for fogging by mixing 1 kg of Biocon A product in 24 liters of water gradually.
