Disinfection Program for Cattle Shelter (1000 m²)

1- Rough cleaning is done, the entire surface is washed with water and purified from organic dirt.

2- Add 2 liters of BIODES-S (1/500) to 1 ton of prewash water and wet the entire surface with the prepared solution. The surface is rinsed with water before it dries.

3- After the surface is dry, disinfecting with 750 liters of water by adding 3 liters of BODES-L (1/250) or 4 liters.

*** Solutions are prepared according to foot and mouth disease. 1/50 dilution should be done against tuberculosis.

Sanitation Program for Cattle Shelter (1000 m²)

1- Rough cleaning is done, the entire surface is washed with water and purified from organic dirt.

2- 1 liter of BODES-S (1/300) is added to 300 lt prewash water and the entire shelter base is wetted with the solution prepared. The surface is rinsed with water before it dries.

3- 500g BIOCON-A (1/200) for general disinfection in 100 lt water, 2 kg against tuberculosis

The solution prepared by adding BİOCON-A (1/50) is applied as a fine spray.

4- Air Disinfection; The solution prepared by adding 150 g BIOCON-A (1/200) to 30 liters of water is sprayed into the air in the form of a fine droplet. Air disinfection should be applied at least twice a week, in case of any infection or epidemic in the vicinity of the shelter, morning and evening.

5- Nail and Foot Hygiene; The herd should be passed at least once a day through the pool with 1/200 BODES-L solution and the animals should be kept in a clean environment until their feet dry. In foot rot disease, herd disinfectant should be passed through the pool three times a day for 14 days and the entire shelter base should be disinfected with the same solution. The same application can be safely applied in vesicular diseases such as screed.

Disinfection Program in Milking Unit

Ground surface disinfection: As described above, Biodes S provides disinfection using foamed prewash, Biocon A or Bioxide.

CIP cleaning: It is done using Sanisel Acid and Sanisel Alkali.
