ROUGH CLEANING
All fertilizer bands are peeled off, the scissors between the scissors and the rough dirt on the equipment are removed. Clean water starts from the ceiling at low pressure and high flow and the whole house is washed from top to bottom.

PEST CONTROL
* Mouse poison is applied to the poultry house immediately after the animal exit.

* It is applied to all cages at the end of disinfection by mixing an appropriate dose of insecticide.

WATER SYSTEM SANITATION
* Poultry water tank is added to the system by adding 10 lt BIOXIDE (1/100) to 1 ton of water. The water in the system should be poured until disinfectant water comes from behind the nipple. Water tanks and reservoirs should also be cleaned from dirt accumulated with a car brush or sponge. Disinfectant water is kept in the system overnight. Fresh water is poured into the system and some more water is poured from the rear valve.

PRE-WASHING (SOLUTION QUANTITY = BASE AREA x CAGE FLOOR NUMBER / 2)
* 2 tons of water is sufficient for pre-washing for 1000 m² 4 storey house.

* By adding 4 lt BİODES-S 1000 (1/500) to 2 tons of water, the entire interior surface is washed.

* The surface is rinsed with pressurized water before drying.

DISINFECTION (QUANTITY OF SOLUTION = BASE AREA x NUMBER OF CAGE FLOORS x 0.3)
* 1.2 tons solution for 1000 m² poultry, 200 lt environmental disinfection for 1.2 tons inside.

* The whole interior surface gets wet by adding 7 liters of BIOES-L 500 (1/200) to 1400 liters of water.

* It is left to dry on its own.

FOGGING (1 kg BIOCON A = 3000 m³)
* After all the preparations are made, the solution prepared by adding 2 kg of BİOCON-A (1/25) to 50 liters of water is added to the air one day before coming to the hopper and applied to the air with ULV device.

Be careful at what temperatures disinfectants you use in your poultry house.
Our disinfectants are 100% effective at +4 to 70 ºC.
Since our disinfectants are concentrated, be sure to prepare a premix in 10 times water while preparing the solution.
Make sure that the entire solution is homogeneous.
There should be a circulation pump in solution tanks over 1 ton.
Prepare 1/25 solution for fogging by mixing 1 kg of Biocon A product in 24 liters of water gradually.
